Confidentiality and Security

At Optimum Percussion we believe that your privacy is very important. We will not disclose your contact details to any unauthorised third party.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products
or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

Optimum Percussion uses industry-standard 128 bit SSL encryption to protect data transmissions as well as 1024 bit encryption on the stored data.

We will only release your information to a third party if requested to do so in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process.

Cookies

There is limited use of Cookies within the Music Catalog application. A single cookie is used to indentify your "CartID" that is used as a pointer of what music you have selected in the Optimum Percussion Music Cart. There are NO personal information such as Addresses, credit card numbers or other contact details stored in cookies.

The only way for information concerning music purchased and delivery details to be retrieved is to enter your order number. This number is mailed to you and is shown once your request for purchase has been completed. This number is NOT stored as a cookie.

Credit Card Numbers

The ability to pay by Credit card and the storage of your Credit Card details are not a part of this application. You will be given a number of choices as to how to pay for your order once you have spoken to an Optimum Percussion Staff member.
